On July 12, remember this. Happiness will not leave you by the end of the year

The summer months were filled with superstitions associated with flowers, water and fire. Most rituals were celebrated in, then Kupała Night was celebrated. However, there were also superstitions, especially since this month was assigned to Perun – one of the most important Slavic gods.

Centuries ago, wanting to win the fate, our ancestors used numerous ritual for this purpose. One of them followed two days after July. This year, therefore, it falls on a floral superstition, to help with a conclusion of fate, should be done on July 12. It was believed that both Earth and Stars were conducive to finding joy in life.

Heather was one of the flowers used during various rituals. They were to ensure the prosperity for the next months of the year. The ritual associated with them was quite simple, but it was extremely important to make it two days after full.

Our ancestors liked placing flowers in different parts of the house. Some of them were to protect against unlucky, others attract happiness. Heathers had the latter function. Flowers had to be broken two days after full, preferably in the morning. This year, this should be done on July 12. A broken bouquet can be tied with a red ribbon – This element is a symbol of prosperity in many cultures.

Adjust the bouquet size to your needs – so that it can fit at the entrance to the house or apartment. This is where they should be placed. Importantly Flowers should be directed upwardsthey cannot be attached so that they are downstairs – instead of happiness it can take off their bad luck.
