Studies suggest that it may increase the activity of immune cells, which is of particular importance in seniors. What’s more, regularly consuming shiitake can support lowering cholesterol i support cardiovascular health.

They are a great substitute for meat in vegetarian dishes, which can also be beneficial for people with hypertension or elevated cholesterol. Shiitake mushrooms are a great choice for seniors. Are light, nourishing i easy to prepare. They support immunity, improve digestion, and at the same time provide many valuable ingredients.
