Public servants made an act against administrative reform in the corridors on Tuesday (8).

The group, from different entities, participated in the holding of a seminar on the reform, promoted by the mixed parliamentary front in defense of the public service. The event was attended by parliamentarians, experts and representatives of entities.

After the meeting, which took place at the Nereu Ramos Auditorium, the group continued towards the Green Hall, but was prevented from passing because the plenary session had already begun. They stopped a few meters from the house’s office of the president, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB).

They were being accompanied by parliamentarians Alice Portugal (PCdoB-BA) and (-RJ). The deputy spoke briefly at the scene and said he went from the time of the House to vote projects for the people, not to millionaires.

“This mobilization was fundamental, it is over time, the congress has to wake up. You can not attack the right of worker and worker, you can not hurt the Brazilian public service to benefit billionaires who want to profit from public service,” he said.

“It was time for the House to vote projects that are of the majority of the people and not to a minority of millionaires. Not to PEC 32 and any administrative reform that, in fact, is to try to end the public service to benefit millionaire,” he followed, to applause.

Speech occurs in the midst of a discomfort of opposition deputies and centrão with ‘rich x poor’ campaign, promoted on social networks to pressure for the taxation of millionaires.
