The woman who gave birth to nine children at once told how her life was changed
Halima Cissé and Abdelkader Arby have published emotional images of their nine children, who were born in May 2021 and were included in the Guinnes Record Book.
The couple from Mali, Halima Cissé and Abdelkader Arby, shared for the first time after a long time rare photos with their nine children, born at a single birth. These images appeared on Instagram almost two months after the unique twins turned 4.
Children-five little girls (Kadidia, Fatuma, Hawa, Adama and Oumu) and four boys (Mohammed VI, shoulder, Elhadji and Bah)-were born on May 4, 2021 in Morocco, 30 weeks of pregnancy. All babies were born prematurely, with a weight between 500 grams and 1 kilogram, and were medically non-stop for several months. The birth took place in a private clinic in Casablanca, involving over 30 doctors and nurses.
Photos published by parents include both images from the first days of life of newborns in incubators, as well as more recent photos-in which raised children pose in identical clothes, surrounded by care and love. In one of the pictures, a boy holds a plate of the Guinness Record Book, which officially recognized the birth of nine children as a unique case in history.
“A miracle of life, an incredible force, a huge love. We are overwhelmed by gratitude for how far we have arrived and for all the support we received from the beginning,” the parents wrote in the description of the post.
According to them, over the years the family has faced many challenges, including in terms of health and development of children, but now they are proud of the way their little ones have become personalities.
Halima said they decided to celebrate with fast the fourth anniversary of the nine children.
“I celebrated it as the stars do-with cake, decorations, photo shoot and cheerful games,” says the happy mother.
The older sister, the Suda, who is 6 years old, also attended the party.
