Amanda AniSimova, born August 31, 2001, in FreeHold, New Jersei, is a professional American tennis player who quickly stood out on the world’s sports scene. It is currently number 12 in the world. With an aggressive game and powerful court blows, she reached the Top 15 from the WTA ranking and won important titles, marking her name as one of the most promising players of her generation.
Daughter of Russian parents who have emigrated to the United States, AniSimova demonstrated early talent for tennis. In his youth career, he already gave signs of his potential, reaching second position in the ITF world ranking.
The transition to professionalism was equally impressive. In 2019, at the age of 17, AniSimova shocked the tennis world when he arrived at the Roland Garros semifinals, defeating then champion Simona Halep on the way. That same year, he won his first WTA Tour title in Bogota, Colombia.
