Sao Paulo councilwoman’s boyfriend Silvia Ferraro of the feminist bench (PSOL) was arrested on Wednesday afternoon after being recognized by a camera on the Sampa program while walking down a street from Brás in the central region of the city.
Against him, he weighs a conviction to seven years in prison for theft. The warrant was issued in March this year, by decision of the 14th Criminal Court.
After being caught by the City Hall Monitoring Program, Metropolitan Civil Guard agents (GCM) approached the man, identified as Flávio Eduardo dos Santos, 49, giving a prison voice.
A video recorded a moment when the cameras caught the man, who was strolling with a dog at the time of the approach.
