The county cheaper for Buy house in Portugal is Penamacor. The municipality of Castelo Branco has houses with a medium price of 464 euros per square meter.
The most recent list of the idealist presents two other municipalities where the median price is below 500 euros per square meter: Penacova, in the District of Coimbra, and Sabugal, in the guard (both with 488 euros/m2).
These are the only three municipalities in the country where a house costs less than 500 euros per square meteraccording to this analysis sent to ZAP.
Still in the top-5 are two more municipalities of Coimbra (district that stands out in this list): Miranda do Corvo and Pampilhosa da Serra – The two with a medium price 513 euros/m2).
Just below on the list are Melgaço, in Viana do Castelo (524 euros/m2); Crato, in Portalegre (532 euros/m2); Vouzela, in Viseu (600 euros/m2); Gouveia, in the guard (605 euros/m2); and Santa Comba Dãoin Viseu (609 euros/m2), which completes the list of 10 cheapest municipalities.
This list has the 25 municipalities with the lowest average price in the country. The 25th classified is Chamusca, in Santarém, with the square meter costing 736 euros.

A capital Lisboa Leads: The square meter costs 5,769 euros, being the most expensive in the country. Follow Cascais (5.334 euros/m2), Gramish (4.654 euros/m2), Soul (4,370 euros/m2) and Oeiras (4.276 euros/m2).
