Court rejected a request for suspension of the sentence of electoral ineligibility, claiming that it can only act urgently in case of imminent risk. The ultra -right leader says there is: the threat is macron.
The European Court of Human Rights (TEDH) rejected the request submitted by Marine Le Penin which it requested the suspension of the imposed by the Penal Court of Paris.
