According to the data, February was the month with fewer requests in pizzerias, while October led consumption, with a 22% variation between the two months. The survey was made from paid purchases with VR cards and scanned invoices in the company’s surplp, which offers cashback to the consumer.
Research also reveals the habits behind consumption. Marguerita is the favorite taste of Brazilians, with 20%of requests, followed by Calabresa (17.3%) and four cheeses (12%).
The “half -to -half” format dominates with 92% adhesion, while unusual flavors such as stroganoff, sushi and hot dog appear between 18.5% of respondents.
Among consumers, 95% say they eat pizza with family and 46% with friends. On weekends, the dish is tradition: 75% prefer Saturday, 61% Friday and 48% Sunday.
Fine mass is a favorite of 68%, and 66% start at the tip. Most accompany with soda (62%) or wine (23%).
When it comes to asking, 65.5% use delivery apps, but 45.5% still ask for whatsapp and 35.5% by phone.
