When I don't have time, I make this pasta. It tastes remarkable

When I don’t have time to cook, I am happy to do this Pasta with tuna and spinach. It is delicious, healthy and very easy to prepare. Sometimes I experiment with this recipe and add something new for variety – you can too.

  • 250 G Makaron Fusilli,
  • 1 can of tuna in own sauce,
  • a handful of fresh spinach,
  • half red pepper,
  • half a can of white beans,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • Salt, pepper.

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packaging, strain and set aside. You can leave a little water from cooking for later mixing.

Finely chop the garlic, cut the peppers into thin strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, throw garlic and fry for a while until it begins to smell. Add peppers and fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the spinach and fry until it reduces the volume.

Add drained tuna and rinsed with white beans to the pan. Mix gently, season with salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta into a pan, mix everything together. If the dish seems too dry, add some water from cooking pasta.

Sprinkle with olive oil. Serve immediately, sprinkled with freshly ground pepper.
