Singer is suspected of assaulting the music producer Abe Diaw with a bottle, follow him and beat him
The American singer of R&B, ex-boyfriend of, declared himself not guilty to a London Court on Friday (11) of two other accusations related to an alleged aggression in a 2023 nightclub. Brown denied behaving a white weapon-a bottle-in a public place that caused “aggression with severe bodily injury” to Abraham “Abe” diaw. He had already declared himself not guilty on June 20, “attempted serious personal injury,” the most serious of the three accusations.
Incidents date back to February 19, 2023, at the TAPE nightclub. Chris Brown is accused of assaulting “Abe” Diaw with a bottle, following it and beating it. His trial is scheduled to begin on October 26, 2026 and last between five and seven days. The 38-year-old American Omolololu Akinlolu is also being sued and declared himself innocent on Friday.
After being arrested in mid -May in Manchester, northern England, the singer was detained for almost a week. On May 21, he was released on a bail of £ 5 million (R $ 36.58 million). He was allowed to continue his international tour, which began on June 8 in Amsterdam, and the British authorities, who seized his passport, will release him when he needs to travel to perform.
The singer reached fame in the 2000s with songs like “Kiss, Kiss” and “Run It!”. His career was marked several times on accusations of violence. She was considered guilty of assaulting Rihanna when she was her girlfriend, before the 2009 Grammy Awards, preventing her from attending the annual music industry gala.
