Agency updated values for boarding, connection, landing and storage services; Measure was published this Friday (11.Jul)
ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) has established new values for airport tariffs at Guarulhos International Airport, in São Paulo, and Viracopos, in Campinas (SP). Decisions were published on Friday (11.Jul.2025) in Official Gazette of the Union.
The document updates the tariff ceilings of boarding, connection, landing, permanence, storage and foreman – the load handling logistics – in both places.
In Guarulhos, the home boarding rate went to R $ 33.64, while the International reached R $ 59.54. For connections, both domestic and international, the amount set was R $ 15.48. Group I aircraft landing that work in transportation services – has rates of R $ 10.53 (domestic) and R $ 28 (international). Here’s (PDF – 266 kb).
The readjustment applied 2 distinct percentages:
- boarding, connection, landing and permanence tariffs: 7%;
- storage and forefarge rates: 5,35%.
Already in viracopos, for most rates, the percentage of readjustment applied was 5.35%, but the storage and foreman rates increased by 5.35%. Here’s (PDF – 251 kb).
With the update, the domestic boarding tariff of Group I becomes $ 31.94, while for international flights the value reaches $ 56.52. The connection rate was established at R $ 14.71 on both domestic and international flights.
For the group I landing rate, the new values are R $ 10 (domestic) and R $ 26.65 (international). The unified departure and landing rates of group II aircraft – which includes airlines not belonging to airlines – vary depending on the maximum takeoff weight, ranging from R $ 163.61 to R $ 15,550.84 for domestic flights and R $ 235.49 to R $ 33,080.89 for international.
The permanence rates for the group I maneuvering yard were set at R $ 2 (domestic) and R $ 5.32 (international). For the stay courtyard, the values are R $ 0.41 (domestic) and R $ 1 (international).
The document also updates imported load storage rates: 0.55% to 3.30% over the CIF value (cost, insurance and freight) and imported cargo foreman at R $ 0.06 per kilo. For cargo in transit, the Capatazia tariff was established at $ 1 on the gross weight verified.
The Ordinance states that the tariff ceilings enter into force on the date of publication. The concessionaire may implement the new values after a period of 30 days.
