The eyes of fashion lovers were mounted on Bratislava Castle this year! Bratislava Fashion Days (BMD) celebrated their 20th anniversary. The prestigious fashion event, which brings to the capital the best of domestic and foreign fashion, this time moved for a significant anniversary directly to the castle.
The successful project brought together a presentation of new fashion trends and combined talented designers, fashion enthusiasts, famous personalities, journalists and influencers. Bratislava Fashion Days took place 26 – 27 in May in the courtyard of Bratislava Castle with the participation of the sound of new names from the world of fashion.
They introduced their collections: Osmany Laffita, La Rena, Michaela Ľuptáková, Katarína Žiak, Annamária Kiss Kos, Veronika Hložníková, SSŠ Biela Voda Kežmarok, Jana Jurčenko, Smart Swimsuits, Zuzana Haková, Jana Pištejová, Lombardi Fashion House
For spoken Jozef Grondžák, designer and owner of fashion brand Lombardi. He had a separate show behind Lombardi and then with the collection he created with Jana Pištejová and academic painter Iveta Lederer.
What does fashion mean to him? “I like the fashion of my doll, when I went to school, actually my whole job savings went to the clothes, which I don’t know if the young are doing this today.
