Engel & Völkers will officially mark, on July 17, the inauguration of its new office in Tavira, located at Rua D. Marcelino Franco, No. 37. Although in operation since February, the ceremony marks the brand’s strategic reinforcement in the leftover Algarve and its main objective is to deepen the ties with customers, partners and the local community.
Since its opening, the Engel & Völkers Faro-Tavira office, a partnership of João Agualusa & Elisa Ferreira, Lda., Has been affirming itself as a reference in the mediation of exclusive residential real estate in Tavira and neighboring municipalities.

“We chose Tavira for its uniqueness and the enormous growth potential we have identified in this region. This office is more than a physical space; it represents our commitment to the community, offering a close, personalized and highly professional service,” says João Agalusa, Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Faro-Tavira.
This new space joins the already established stores in Faro and, more recently, in Vila Real de Santo António, consolidating the territorial presence of the brand in the Algarve. The objective is to ensure a “excellence service throughout the levent of the Algarve”, with a team led by João Agualusa and with the support of Elisa Ferreira. Currently, the agency generates a wallet with about 500 properties distributed throughout the region.
