New calculation is in the opinion of Deputy Arthur Lira (PP-AL) on income reform; Before, Fazenda estimated impact of R $ 26 billion
The estimate for collection losses with income tax exemption up to R $ 5,000 per month rose to R $ 31.3 billion in 2026. Earlier, it was a resignation of R $ 25.8 billion.
