Here comes a “great announcement” of the president of the United States regarding Russia. The promise was made by Donald Trump himself, who now seems to be changing the chip over the war in Ukraine.
After being very flattering with Vladimir Putin, the US president has been more critical of his Russian homologist, while making promises and advertisements to Kiev.
“I think I will have a big announcement to make about Russia on Monday,” Donald Trump said in an interview with NBC News.
Having promised to unlock a new sending of weapons to Ukraine, he decided to reiterate criticism of Vladimir Putin, namely because of the continued attacks – this week there were two of the largest ever.
The president of the United States also hopes to be able to make a new harsh sanction law against Russia, counting on congressman Lindsey Graham to lead this vote.
“It’s in my options if you want to do it,” he said, talking about the measure, asking US legislators to be “scathing”, even if he always fits the decision to exercise this power or not.
Donald Trump’s statements came a few hours after a meeting to the highest level between US and Russian diplomacy heads.
