Washington-The propalestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil, which was released after 104 days in deportation, demands $ 20 million (17.08 million euros) from the US government. He demands this sum for the damage caused by the “politically motivated arrest”, the non -governmental organization Center for Constitutional Rights announced that legally supports him. Instead of a payment, Khalil also accepted an official apology from the government of President Donald Trump and a departure from the “unconstitutional policy” against participants in the university protests against the Gaza War.
