Why suddenly everything hurts you? Even if nothing has changed and do you do nothing other than before? Someone would say it’s age. But the answer can be even simpler. “When a child is born, his brain knows exactly how to involve muscle interplay and what steps he must gradually go through to start walking in a year and a quarter or a year,” explains Tomáš Rychnovský, physiotherapist and psychotherapist who connects both fields in his practice.
