Barricades with burnt objects closed streets of access to the community and traffic was interrupted in part of the avenue Avenida Giovanni Gronchi and Hebe Camargo, in Morumbi. Residents reported that policing was reinforced after the night of confrontation in the community. Firearms, ammunition, narcotics and trafficking notes were seized. Hours later, another action ended in exchange for fire, a dead suspect, and a injured PM. The actions are investigated by the Department of Homicides and Protection of Persons (DHPP), through police inquiry.

Images that circulate on the internet show various focuses of fire on the streets around Paraisópolis, residents running through the streets and men armed with pieces of wood. Cars were turned through the protests. Some cars passing by were also stoned and drivers, assaulted.

The Military Police Shock Troop was moved to Paraisópolis and the community was surrounded. Fire Department teams were also mobilized. Also according to the PM, were seized 2 pistols, 1 revolver, 7 pistol porters, 2 with extenders. Also seized drugs, money and cell phones.
