Grill cabbage salad may not be a big culinary challenge, but you need a bit of ingenuity to season it tasty. Think about it early enough for the flavors to bite before you get to consumption.
Bet on a distinct ingredient. It would be ideal to enrich the salad with the taste of fresh accessories, i.e. freshly grated horseradishbut as a last resort you can use ready -made products. The positive effect will surprise you.

Ingredients:
- a small head of young cabbage,
- 2 carrots,
- apple,
- onion,
- 60 ml of cream,
- a spoon of mayonnaise,
- a spoon of horseradish,
- a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
Remove the damaged leaves from the cabbage, cut out. Rinse the remaining leaves and finely chop.
Peel the carrots and grate the grater on the medium mesh. Prepare an apple in the same way, removing the seed nest. Chop the finely peeled onion.
Combine all components of the salad in a large bowl and mix.
In a separate dish, combine cream, mayonnaise, horseradish and apple cider vinegar. Mix to a uniform sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the sauce to the vegetables and mix the salad ingredients thoroughly. Put the bowl for at least half an hour in the fridge so that the salads of the salad bite.
