Intelis, an association that represents the servers of (Brazilian Intelligence Agency), called the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) on Friday (11) asking for the agency’s director general, Luiz Fernando Corrêa.
In June, Corrêa in the inquiry of the so -called “Parallel Abin”, accused of trying to disrupt investigations into alleged irregularities in the agency in the government of Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
The content of the public civil action was not disclosed. Last month, the association said the director-general himself dismissed servants who were cited during the PF investigation.
“By the same logic, he cannot himself remain in the agency’s maximum position, with powers to continue to incur the alleged crimes,” the Inteli said in a statement at the time.
