The federal deputy (-MG) states that he will trigger the Corregedoria of and the court against at least two pocket parliamentarians. He also says he will ask for plenary security images to confirm his version.

After the incident, Janones opened a criminal complaint against them and had an examination of body and offense. Now, it intends to call the Chamber of the House and also to file a lawsuit for bodily injury.
“I want the Corregedoria to call the Legislative Police to take, for example, the images of the plenary and also to identify the people around filming and intimate to provide these recordings,” he continues.

Motta complained to colleagues about the conduct of deputies, stating that there were excesses in recent cases of fights and heated discussions, some with physical aggression.
Parliamentarians evaluate that Janones could therefore be punished severely, as the president’s way of giving an example to the plenary.
