Milky cake is usually associated with a classic cocoa sponge cake and a delicate, milky cream. It is light, but often quite dry, especially the second day. Its taste is mainly based on contrast between the dark bottom and the light interior.
In this version of the dough, the milky way, although we still kept a dark cake and light filling, we have completely changed the taste of the dessert. Instead of a biscuit, there is a damp, aromatic carrot cake with the addition of crunchy nuts. Thanks to this, the dessert takes on more depth and more interesting structure. The cream is not only milky, but on the basis of mascarpone cheese, cream and white chocolate cream. This gives it a silky consistency.
The whole is additionally crowned with a shiny milk chocolate topping, Which makes the milk cake not only more moist, better in taste, but also looks beautiful. This is definitely a refreshed version of a well -known classic.
Ingredients:
Cake ingredients:
- 300 g marchewek,
- apple,
- 3 eggs,
- 200 g of fine sugar,
- 230 ml of oil, e.g. sunflower
- 300 g of flour,
- a teaspoon of cinnamon,
- a teaspoon of baking powder,
- a teaspoon of baking soda,
- a pinch of salt,
- 75 g of walnuts.
Cream ingredients:
- 250 g Serka Mascarpone,
- 250 ml of cream (36%),
- 100 g of white chocolate.
Couaring ingredients:
- 100 g of dark chocolate,
- 50 g of butter.
Method of performance:
Heat the cream in a saucepan and crush white chocolate into it. When the chocolate dissolves, mix the ingredients into a uniform sauce and remove the saucepan from the burner. Set aside to cool. Transfer the saucepan into the fridge for a few hours, preferably for the whole night.
Combine the chilled mascarpone cheese in a bowl with the contents of a saucepan removed from the fridge. Mix to a thick cream. Put it in the fridge while preparing the dough.
Gover the eggs to room temperature. Heat the oven to 175 ° C. Prepare a 20×30 cm form – grease it and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Grate all eggs with sugar to a light fluffy mass.
Pour the oil into the eggs with a thin stream without interrupting mixing.
Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt to egg mass. Mix the dough with a spatula – to combine the ingredients.
Peel and grate the carrots on small mesh. Grate the peeled apple on the medium grater. Finely chop nuts. Mix the carrots, apple and cake nuts.
Pour the dough into the mold and level it. Put in the oven. Bake for about 45-50 minutes (to a dry stick). Cool on a grid.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and crush dark chocolate into it. Heat on a slow fire until the chocolate melts. Mix and cool down.
Cut the dough into 2 tops. Transfer with mascarpone cream. Pour chocolate on top.
Decorate the dough as desired, for example with coconut flakes or colored sprinkles.
