Two military police and two men died after an operation of the Military Police in the Paisópolis community, in the south of São Paulo, on Thursday afternoon (10).
The fatal victims were Igor Oliveira de Moraes Santos, 24, and Bruno Leite, 29.
Igor Oliveira was killed with shots fired by military police Renato Torquatto da Cruz. Analysis of body camera images showed that Igor was surrendered, with his hands on his head, at the time he was hit by the shots. According to the Military Police, he had no criminal tickets as an adult, but there was a record of an offense in adolescence.
Bruno Leite, 29, was the second dead during the operation. He had tickets for drug trafficking and theft and died in an exchange of fire with the police during the confrontation.

Two military police were arrested in the act for willful murder: Renato Torquatto da Cruz, author of the shots that killed Igor, and Robson Noguchi de Lima.
According to the Military Police, images of body cameras showed that death “was not within the standards, within the exclusion of lawfulness. They shot him with it surrendered.”
The operation
The action began after a report of drug trafficking. Four suspects fled and hid in a house. Three of them were arrested, and Igor was killed. With the group, more than 700 portions of drugs, two weapons, money and precision scales were seized.
Shortly after the operation, protests formed and resulted in barricades, burned vehicles, attacks on vehicles and depredation records around the community.
