Afterwards, the president of, (-AP), announced on Friday (11) that the sabbaths of nominees for regulatory agencies, national councils and higher courts will be between 11 and 15 August.
From 4 to 8 August, by the schedule released, the Senate should read the opinion on each of those indicated in the thematic committees. The following week, the nominees should be sabbath in the commissions and vote in the plenary.
In December, the government sent the nine regulatory agencies. Since then, other names have been sent by the Planalto Palace to the Senate, such as (Superior Court of Justice).
In recent months, (PSD), for indications of two agencies linked to the Ministry: A (National Agency of Electric Energy) and ANP (National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels).
The chosen ones for ANP, Artur Watt Neto and Pietro Sampaio Mendes, were sent to the Senate in the December package. For Aneel, the government should indicate, sponsored by Senator Eduardo Braga (MDB-AM), and Gentil Nogueira de Sá.
