In the case of urban cleaning workers, whose floor proposal is R $ 3,036, two impact estimates were presented in the report (R $ 4.9 billion and R $ 5.9 billion) made by CNM (National Confederation of Municipalities).
According to Conof, the numbers do not meet the quality parameters required by law, and do not consider the increase in social security expenses. “Thus, the CNM estimate, besides not in accordance with legal requirements, may be underestimated.”
For basic education servers, none of the ten reports presented so far has an impact estimate. The last of them, in the work committee, does not even mention a value for the floor. Previous version, filed in the education group by Deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), speaks of 75% of the minimum compensation of basic education-the proposal has not yet passed the CFT.
In recent months, the Minister of Finance has made public criticism of the fact that Congress charges the government to cut expenses while approving spending measures.
