A plane has crashed this Sunday at Southend airport, southeast of England, police reported, which has not been able to indicate whether there are fatal or injured victims.
The airport has indicated that four flights that had planned to take off this afternoon have been canceled.
In a statement, the Essex County Police, in the Southeast English, has reported a “serious incident” and that, as a precautionary measure, a close golf club and another of rugby have been evacuated.
Images posted on social networks show a column of smoke from the place of the event.
On the other hand, the Firefighters and Rescue of the Essex County has indicated that they received “a call on an incident with a plane at the Southend airport today at 15:58 (14.58 GMT) and that Southend teams went” to the place, while the ambulance service of the East English sent four ambulances.
