Penne pasta with chicken and vegetables is a filling, creamy dish that resembles a casserole. Although it is worth emphasizing that it is slightly simpler to prepare. Juicy pieces of meat combine with colored peppers and leek, and the whole is enveloped in a velvet sauce based on broth, cream and cheese. The mixture of spices, which is available in every kitchen, also adds taste. Sprinking ready -made pasta with chicken chives makes dinner light and refreshing. It’s the perfect idea for a dish for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 200 g Makaronu Penne,
- 300 g of chicken fillet,
- 1/2 red pepper,
- 1/2 green pepper,
- 100 g leek (white part),
- 125 ml of sweet cream (18%),
- 125 ml of poultry broth,
- 100 g of cheese,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- a teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- a teaspoon of hot peppers,
- salt and pepper (to taste),
- Several cups of chives (for decoration).
Method of performance:
Clean the meat and cut it quite finely. Place in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and both peppers. Mix half of the oil. Set aside for the time of further preparation.
Cook the pasta as described on the packaging.
Wash the peppers and remove the seed nests from them, and cut the pulp into cubes or thin strips. Rinse the leek and cut into half slices.
Fry the vegetables in butter. When they soften a bit, add the chicken to the pan and fry for a while until the meat changes the color.
Pour the contents of the pan with broth. Simmer on a slow fire until the broth is reduced. Then pour in the cream and add grated cheese. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring from time to time. If you want, season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the pasta into the pan and mix with the sauce. Serve chicken pasta sprinkled with chopped chives.
