Preparation method:
- Pour oatmeal and linseed into a larger dish. Pour them with water.
- When the water cools down completely, put the dish in the fridge overnight. The mixture should spend at least 10 hours on cooling.
- After this time, pour all the contents of the vessel into a cup blender. Mix everything into a smooth drink.
- Strain the drink through a thin strainer or through gauze. Oatmeal and pitched water is ready to drink. You can enrich it with honey or cinnamon, which will not only add taste, but also health properties.
