The Federal Police arrested at dawn on Saturday (12), a man in the act for drug trafficking. According to information, he carried about 40 pounds of narcotics, between marijuana and cocaine, hidden in a truck.

The items were located on the rear seat of the vehicle’s cabin. The driver informed the PF that he left Rio Branco, in Acre to Porto Velho, in Rondônia.
As reported by the Guajará Portal, the approach occurred during routine inspection, when the driver tried to escape the police barrier, traveling against, being reached and intercepted.
The accused was sent to the Federal Police Station in the capital of Rondoniense and may be responsible for the crime of interstate drug trafficking.
