After experiments as the main coach at Athletico Parana, Santos and Vitória de Guimarães, Paulo Turra is back in Brazil ready for a new career cycle. Since leaving Portuguese football, the coach has taken advantage of the period outside the four lines to invest intensely in his professional development.
With passages in Europe and a solid base built alongside Luiz Felipe Scolari, he adopted the work model with specific assistants for each phase of the game, a practice he started to use at Santos and also led to Vitória de Guimarães, in Portugal.
Today, the coach has professionals Cyro Bueno (training in enhancing defensive movements and athletic performance), Felipe Endres (training in enhancing offensive movements and organization of training sessions) and Adir Kist (training in enhancing the offensive, defensive and analysis of the opponent) as a specialized assistants and integrated with a work methodology with well processes well. defined.
Since the departure of Vitória de Guimarães, Paulo Turra has also been dedicated to language studies (English and Spanish), executive leadership training and mentoring in strategic communication.
