Xicão is knocked out by Lewis in the main fight of UFC Nashville

Tallison “Xicão” Teixeira was defeated by Derrick Lewis in the UFC Nashville main fight at dawn on Sunday (13). The Brazilian was knocked out at the beginning of the first round. The defeat is the only one in Brazil on the day, which won the other four of the day, two in the main card.

Xicão broke the sequence of victories that Brazil had been making in Nashville. In the preliminary card, Valter Walker and Eduarda Moura opened with victories. In the main card, Vitor Petrino beat the American Austen Lane and Gabriel “Marretinha” Bonfim defeated also American Stephen Thompson.
