Throughout the country, four urgencies of obstetrics and gynecology are closed this Monday. Two of them are on the south bank, Barreiro and Setúbal. The National Federation of Doctors guarantees that in the last year the situation has worsened and gives as an example the 38 deliveries made outside the maternity hospitals. The consortium that includes the common use of hospitals is trial because of Legionella’s outbreak at the São Francisco Xavier Hospital in 2017. Ten users of the hospital died during the outbreak.
