The first, classic alcohol fermentation involves transforming sugar into alcohol. This is processed by yeast.

The second, apple-film fermentation transforms apple acid from apple into lactic acid. In turn, vinegar fermentation is processed by bacteria that change alcohol into acetic acid.

If you want to do Apple cider vinegar using the Orlean method, you must use whole applesnot just their seed nests and a cover. I intend to prepare the whole in a 50-liter wooden barrel and in the recipe proportions for such a dish are given.

Ingredients:

  • 6 kg of apples;
  • 35 l of water;
  • 1.820 kg of sugar (there are 4 tablespoons of sugar for 1 l of water – 1 tablespoon weighs 13 g)

Preparation:

To make apple cider vinegar with the Orlean method, you must start brushing apples and crush them in a barrel, e.g. with a cabbage compact. They will beat better if you exceed them in half or even quarters.

In the next step, remove chlorine from the water – all you have to do is filter it. Pour the apples with cold water and add sugar. Mix everything until the sugar is dissolved.

Finally, cover the barrel with a cloth and set it off for half a year. Remember to mix apple cider vinegar everyday. After six months, you can strain the liquid and spill it into jars.

Apple cider vinegar is drunk to strengthen immunity. This fluid has disinfectant properties, fights viruses and bacteria responsible for the development of infection and colds. All you have to do is drink one teaspoon of vinegar a day.

This amount of apple cider vinegar, consumed before a meal, supports digestion and improves stomach acidification. In addition, it provides a feeling of satiety and accelerates fat burning, which promotes the weight loss process.

This health fluid can be drunk not only on immunity and slimming. Apple cider vinegar prevents aging and developing various diseases i.e. cancer, cardiovascular disease and neurological diseases.
