Mexico City (Reuters) – Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum said she hopes to reach an agreement with the United States government about the rate of tariffs announced by President Donald Trump.
Asked about it, Sheinbaum said he would inform “slightly a little” about the progress of Friday’s meeting between US and Mexican authorities on tariffs, immigration and security.
“We have a desk and we hope to reach an agreement with the United States,” she said during her daily press conference.
