STF listens to witnesses in actions on attempted coup

The Supreme Court (STF) begins this Monday (14.Jul.2025) the procedural instruction phase of 3 criminal actions related to the coup attempt investigated by the Court. The hearing of defense and accusation witnesses of APS 2693, 2696 and 2694 – corresponding to the so -called nuclei 2, 3 and 4 – will be held until July 23, by video conferencing.

The hearings can be accompanied in the session rooms of the Supreme Classes, from 9am. The schedule is as follows:

• 14.jul.2025: testimonials of prosecution witnesses indicated by the PGR (Attorney General’s Office);

• also on 14.Jul: Speaks of Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cidas informant. He signed award -winning agreement. Its hearing will be common to the 3 shares and displayed in the 1st Class;

• 15 a 21.jul: Core 2in the 1st Class;

• 15 E 16 JUL: Core 4in the 2nd Class;

• 21 a 23.jul: Nucleus 3also in the 2nd class.

The instructional phase is the stage of production production for prosecution and defense. The defense witnesses were appointed by the defendants’ lawyers.
