Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of cucumbers,
- red pepper,
- chili pepper,
- 2 onions,
- 6 cloves of garlic,
- 2 teaspoons of mustard,

- 300 ml of vinegar 10%,
- a teaspoon of curry,
- 200 g cukru,
- 1.5 tablespoons of salt.
Method of performance:
Wash the cucumbers and cut into slices.
Remove the seed nests from the peppers and cut the pulp into posts. If you want cucumbers to be more spicy, you can keep chili peppers some seeds.
Peel onions and garlic. Cut the onions into semi -slices, and the garlic cloves cut in half.
Mix all ingredients and transfer to scalded jars.
Spread proportionally between the jars of mustard and cloves.
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a pot and boil. Pour the hot pickle in jars.
Tightly screw the jars and set in a pot lined with a cloth or a rubber insert. Pour hot water (up to 3/4 of the height of the jars). Boil it on a slow fire. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
Set the pasteurized cucumbers in a warm, shaded place. After a few days they will achieve the desired taste.
