The PGR (Attorney General’s Office) on Monday (14.Jul.2025) to the STF the conviction of the former president (PL) and 7 more defendants for attempted coup. Paulo Gonet says Bolsonaro must be convicted of crimes of leading armed criminal organization, attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, damage qualified by violence and serious threat, against the union’s assets and with considerable damage to the victim, and deterioration of listed assets.
