Damascus – In the conflict between Drusen and Bedouins in southern Syria, the Islamist transition government from Damascus has announced that it can also send its troops to the provincial capital Suwayda, who is mostly inhabited by Drusen. The religious leaders of the Drusen said on Tuesday that they had agreed to the troops to Suwayda. They called the Drusian fighters to put down their weapons. Among other things, the government forces should enforce an outcome lock. The leader of the armed, drusian fighter and representatives of the government forces had previously negotiated a ceasefire, as a spokesman for the religious group said on Monday.
