The Croatian euro coins are wearing various motives that represent Croatian history and culture. They can see a Glagolitic or Nikola Tesla. Now there is another motive.

The Croatian National Bank (CNB) introduced a commemorative 2 -euro coin on 14 July on the occasion of 1100. The central motif of the coin is King Tomislav, crowned in 925.

The coin was issued in a number of 400,000 pieces, of which 382,400 will be available to citizens for exchange. Those interested in this euro coin can obtain it by registering in the system of the local National Bank from 14 July from 9:00 to 31 July 2025.

The author of the artistic design of the National Party is Nikola Vudrag, a university bachelor of sculpture. The coin was minted in a Croatian mint.

In addition to numismatic importance, commemorative coins also have the status of impeller, and therefore a fee is not usually charged. So a commemorative coin worth two euros will be available for the same value of two euros, the central bank points out.
