The Fresco Bar, at Hilton Vilamoura, this summer presents a new gastronomic concept that combines the freshness of the flavors of the Algarve with the elegance of Japanese cuisine. Located next to the resort apartments pool, this informal meal and beverage space proposes a relaxed and ideal experience to taste the days of the season.

The new letter, conceived by the hotel’s Food & Beverag team, highlights local ingredients of excellence, such as the Vila Real de Santo António tuna, the Ostras de Ria de Alvor, Octopus and Quarteira Shrimp, as well as a selection of Ria Formosa’s exotic seafood. All products are prepared with oriental techniques that preserve the original flavors and respect the delicacy of each ingredient.

The combination of fresh sushi, cold cocktails and the luminous environment of the Algarve results in a contemporary gastronomic proposal, centered on the valorization of the territory.

“Pop Sushi no Bar Fresco represents our continuous commitment to providing different gastronomic experiences, which value the best of the Algarve with a contemporary approach. By joining local products and sustainable practices in an innovative proposal, we reinforce the identity of Hilton Vilamoura as a fate of excellence, where quality and prosperity walk side by side,” says Miguel Afonso dos Santos Hilton Vilamoura.

True to the sustainability principles that guide the hotel operation, Pop Sushi privileges fresh and seasonal ingredients, acquired from small producers and fishermen in the region. This option contributes not only to the reduction of the ecological footprint, but also to the dynamism of the local economy.

Bar Fresco, integrated in the residential area of the resort, presents a relaxed atmosphere with a diversified letter. In addition to sushi and refreshing cocktails, visitors can also enjoy Hilton Classics snacks and a selection of tapas, ideal to share with the pool.

The partfolio of Details – Hospitality, Sport, Leisure, which currently manages 23 hotel units, 10 golf fields, an equestrian center and a vast offer of restoration spaces.

The fresh bar operates daily between 12:30 and 18:00, from Monday to Sunday.
