Fish cutlets are a great alternative to classic ground – delicate, aromatic and definitely lighter. They are prepared from cod, which is formed well, but is also a source of valuable protein, iodine and vitamin D. It is one of the healthiest fish, because There is not much fat, but a lot of omega-3 acids. So it supports the nervous system and helps maintain the correct cholesterol level.

Cod cutlets are made practically the same as ground. To the fish mass, just add a few ingredients (including onions, dill, egg and spices) to form filling meatballs. It’s a great idea for dinner for the whole family. Although there is no poultry, pork or beef meat in them, it is still They are full -bodied and full of taste. Everyone can handle their preparation – even the one who is just starting the adventure with cooking.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of cod fillet (or other white fish),
  • onion,
  • 125 ml of milk,
  • Cajezerka’s stale,
  • 1/2 of a small bunch of dill,
  • egg,
  • a teaspoon of herbal fish spice,
  • Salt and lemon pepper (to taste),
  • breadcrumbs (for breading),
  • vegetable oil (for frying).

Method of performance:

Soak in the milk broken kaiser. Cut it thoroughly from the excess of liquid and transfer it to the blender cup.

In the blender goblet, also place divided into smaller pieces with cod fillet and peeled, pre -crushed onion. Blend the ingredients to a homogeneous mass.

Transfer the fish mass into a bowl. Stuck the egg to it, add about 1-2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (if the mass turned out to be too rare to form chops, add more rolls), chopped dill and fish spice. Make all ingredients with your hand. Season the mass to taste with salt and lemon pepper.

Form small chops from the mass and coat them in breadcrumbs. Place the cutting board on the plate and put in the fridge for half an hour.

Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the chops in golden color – about 2 minutes on each side. Fryed on a paper towel sheet so that it absorbs excess fat.
