Former declared larger banker accompanied by the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. It comes to depend on his wife, Maria João Salgado, for all daily decisions, including those of personal and heritage forum.

The court’s decision may have implications for pending judicial outcomes, especially with regard to salty capacity to actively participate in proceedings and respond legally for their actions. This new legal condition can now be invoked by the defense as a relevant factor in the various judgments ongoing.
