The main stage of the Tomorrowland festival in Boom, Belgium, was hit by a fire on Wednesday. The causes of the fire are still unknown. Authorities and emergency services have been called to the scene, but so far there is no information about injured.
The festival is scheduled to take place between July 18 and 20 and July 25 and 27. According to the Belgian press, about 1,000 workers were in the venue at the time of the incident, as indicated by Debby Wilmsen, spokesman for the event.
Authorities continue to investigate the case and the organization has not yet confirmed if the incident will affect the start of the festival.
