Due to a holiday period, I write with delay on the decision of the Club World Cup (Supermundial).
The main character of the decision was the English Cole Palmer, 23, author of the first two goals of Chelsea’s rout by 3-0 over the favorite PSG.

A star of the decision, Palmer suddenly enters the dispute to be the best player in the world of 2025, in the elections of France Football magazine (the traditional Golden Ball) and FIFA (The Best Award), which consider the European calendar (August 2024 until July or August 2025).
Is it wondering: winning a trophy (or two) for acting, even if superb, in a single match is correct and/or fair? Each voter (journalists, on the Golden Ball; technicians of the teams, captains of the teams, journalists and netizens, in FIFA The Best) will decide.
Competitors? The French Dembélé (PSG star in winning the Champions League, which disappeared in the World Cup final), Egyptian Salah (Liverpool star in the Premier League conquest, who was not in the World Cup), the Spanish Raphinha (Barcelona Stars Spanish, who did not reach the Championship final World).

My vote is in Palmer. A “Cold vote”. In the first supermundial, he has been coldly decided, and his name is coldly in history. Just that for me.
