Preparation method:
- Start by preparing the dough. Get a large bowl, to which sift the flour. Make a small hole in the middle with a spoon and place in it crushed yeast (or dried), which cover with sugar and pour warm water (it cannot be hot). Cover the bowl with a cotton cloth and set aside for about 20 minutes.
- At this time, take care of the butter. Make sure it is soft – for this you should pull them out of the fridge in advance. Place them in a separate bowl. Chop finely washed parsley and add to butter. Complete the whole with garlic, salt and spices squeezed through Prague. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients combine.
- Now you can go back to the dough. When 20 minutes have passed and the yeast began to work, add salt and oil to the ingredients previously placed in the bowl. Knead the whole properly – manually or with the help of a robot. The dough should be flexible and go away (when this does not happen, try to add some flour). When it has the right consistency, leave them in a bowl, cover with a cotton cloth and set aside in a warm place for about an hour.
- After an hour, place the dough on a flour -sprinkled top and roll it out to a thickness of about 5 mm. Try to make the shape of a rectangle. Brush the whole thoroughly with garlic-herb butter. Then cut the greased dough into about 5 cm stripes. Then, in turn, fold them like a harmonica and put in a cake tin lined with baking paper.
- Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (up-down function). Place the bread in it for about 40 minutes. Every now and then control the degree of baking – the whole should take on a nice, ruddy color. After removing from the oven, set aside the bread to cool.
