Under inspired by the attacking duo formed by Kerolin and Luany, the Brazilian team thrashed Bolivia 6-0 on Wednesday (16), in confrontation for the second round of the Women’s Copa in Ecuador.
Luany paved the way for the triumph, with the first two goals scored at the Chillogallo Stadium in Quito, 13 and 32 minutes into the first half. Before the break at 37, Kerolin expanded.
In the final stage, shirt 7 shook the net again twice, 34 and 38 minutes. In additions, Amanda Gutierres closed the account at 49.
Holder at the Brazilian debut, in a 2-0 win over Venezuela, veteran Marta, 39, began the duel against the Bolivians in the bank and entered the field 20 minutes into the second half. The owner of the shirt 10 participated in the plays of the room and the fifth Brazilian goal in the match.
Brazil leads group B of the competition, with six points. Bolivia appears in the flashlight, still not scoring after two rounds.
The Brazilian team returns to the field next Tuesday (22) to face Paraguay, at 21h (Brasilia).
In nine editions of the Women’s Copa, Brazil was champion eight times and is the favorite to keep the cup again. The only time the title did not stay with the Brazilian team was in 2006, when Argentina was the champion and Brazil got the deputy.
