The economist, currently holding a position in the IDB (Inter -American Development Bank), has strong groomsmen in Washington, where is the headquarters of the two institutions.
She is married to the number 2 of the Defense Department, Elbridge Colby, and is a friend of and her husband, Jared Kushner, father -in -law’s advisor. The Brazilian is godmother of one of the couple’s daughters.
In Brazil, it also has strong political relations, being the main one with former Economy Minister Paulo Guedes, who indicated it to IBGE.
