Government members and allies of the president (PT) minimized the NA and stated that the essence of the text is maintained.

Holder of the CCJ, Deputy Pastor Henrique Vieira (PSOL-RJ) states that the change made by the rapporteur was not substantial. “And I think now the debate on the special commission will be more intense. There will be more pressure for changes that can distrust the text. For now, the essence of the text in the CCJ, in my understanding, has also been maintained.”
