The Prosecutor’s Office on the Estwered Civil Inquiry to investigate any irregularity practiced by Aline Gonçalves Fáísca, advisor to the Federal Deputy (PL-RJ), supposedly working in a beauty salon instead of acting for the parliamentarian.

The decision, of the prosecutor of the Republic Luciana Gadelha, is in ordinance published in this Wednesday’s edition (16) of the Diário of the Federal Public Prosecutor.

The hall would be the AG Designer studio in Petrópolis. In October last year, Aline posted on a social network talking about obstacles in the five years of a studio.

The civil inquiry, which runs in confidentiality, seeks to investigate this fact. The prosecutor asked to ask the institutional security agent to conduct research on the investigated. Next, that the Secretariat of Expertise, Research and Analysis does the full research of Aline, with employment bonds, companies of its ownership and other necessary information.

If the formal bond is found as a federal deputy advisor, to be carried out veiled in the beauty salon, to verify the presence of Aline, his work, days and working hours.

In a statement, Jordy states that “advisor Aline Gonçalves Faísca is regularly appointed as parliamentary secretary and performs her duties in the state”.

He cites act of the Board of Directors that provides for the performance of employees outside Brasilia “to strengthen the parliamentary’s bond with his electoral base, performing activities such as institutional representation, dialogue with society and monitoring local demands.”

“It is important to clarify that the advisor turned off from the mentioned beauty salon, having made the decrease of the company, since the law of the Chamber of Deputies prohibits the accumulation of the condition of businesswoman with the appointment to commissioned position,” says the note.

The deputy states that his office was not formally reported on the establishment of the civil inquiry, “but it is fundamental that all investigations are conducted with total transparency and exemption, so that unfounded allegations are not used as instruments of political persecution.”
